How I work
I am aware that you have options, here are six reasons to partner with me.
Negotiation & mediation– it is said that litigation is the basic legal right which guarantees your decade in court. Litigation is costly and time-consuming. I believe it should be avoided unless necessary. My aim is to provide legal solutions that are fast, practical and affordable. If we are unable to properly negotiate a settlement, we can explore trained mediators. Mediation puts the end-result within the control of the parties involved and preserves relationships. Seeking legal advice early is also key to saving time and cost.
Proper case analysis– you’ve tried a litigation alternative and it did not work. It is now crucial to know your likelihood of success if your matter goes to trial. My team is committed to properly assessing the strengths and weaknesses of your case so that you do not incur the expense of litigation likely to fail.
Pro-bono work and payment plans - I am one of the Attorneys at the Utter Bar who has availed himself to provide legal services for citizens charged with serious criminal offences who cannot afford legal representation. This commitment to ensuring justice as an officer of the court proves beneficial to my paying clients. Payment plans may also be available to you.
Professional network– I maintain a strong network of local and regional professionals. This network includes Attorneys within the Caribbean region, local and international real estate agents, valuators, surveyors, engineers and counsellors/mental health experts.
Ethics - We know this is important to you and as the OECS Bar Association Code of Ethics stipulates, I always act in the best interests of my clients, represent them honestly, competently, zealously and endeavor by all fair and honourable means to obtain for them the benefit of any and every remedy and defence which is authorized by law, steadfastly bearing in mind that the duties and responsibilities of the Attorney-at-law are to be carried out within and not outside the bounds of the law.

More about me
Outside the office, I am known as a fun-loving youth leader. I have been so inclined since my younger years, serving as a prefect at Grammar School, the Welfare Officer of the Advent Fellowship Association, Cave Hill and the Constitutional Committee Chairperson at the Norman Manley Law School. I also served as the President of the Adventist Youth Ministries Advisory Council (AYMAC) which is the National Youth Council of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
The community project of which I am most proud is the rebuilding of the Boetica Seventh-Day Adventist Church located in Dominica. In September 2017, Dominica was ravaged by hurricane Maria, the worst natural disaster on record to affect Dominica, the deadliest Atlantic hurricane since 2004, the 10th most-intense hurricane on record and the most intense tropical cyclone worldwide in 2017. Of the 36 Adventist Churches on the island, all were damaged and only eight were operational immediately after the passage of the hurricane. At the time of its completion, Boetica SDA was the only operational church in its pastoral district.
I am also an avid reader, writer, orator and musician. My other interests include event planning, traveling, technology, health & fitness, track & field, tennis, aviation, photography and interior decorating.
I particularly enjoy inspiring and challenging youths to pursue their highest aspirations.
